Welcome to Silver Sands, where you may enjoy your own private pool in the backyard. The pool may be heated approximately 10 degrees higher than the outside ambient air temperature.
The primary bedroom is located towards the rear of the home with views of the pool and backyard.
Keeping room includes living and dining areas just beyond the kitchen, perfect of family gatherings.
With parking for up to 4 vehicles, unloading your beach gear will be a breeze.
Located just one row back from the beach, cross a residential street and the beach access point is just 90 steps away on a flat walk.

Your Hosts

We are your hosts, Patrick and Michelle. We have two young kids and love traveling with them.

After traveling and staying at other vacation rentals for many years, we made the decision to purchase our first vacation home in Panama City Beach, Florida. We made many changes to the home that we look for in a vacation rental and opened our doors so that other families could enjoy the sugar sand of the Emerald Coast.

We now have a few beach properties, each with it’s own unique draws. Each one has been carefully crafted to make you feel right at home. We are humble to have hosted hundreds of guests through the years and looking forward to sharing our homes with many more.

Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had. The location was perfect. It was walking distance to everything you need: multiple restaurants, gas stations, activities, etc. The house is even nicer in person than in the pictures, there is lots of space. Staying in a place that is beachfront is 100% worth it. Also towels, beach chairs, and other amenities were all provided so that made it super easy. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at this house. It was so close to the beach you could walk there in the morning and back for lunch time. The beach was amazing and not overly crowded! We loved the pool too. We asked for the pool to be heated and it was warm even when it was slightly chilly outside. Our kids spent countless hours in the pool even after several hours at the beach. There were plenty of pool toys, beach chairs, beach wagons, beach toys and more for us to use. There were more than enough beds. After counting the beds, I’m pretty sure the house could sleep 20 people. The house was well stocked with everything we could need. Only downside was the sandy floor, but I’m not sure how you could avoid that with all the sand coming in from the beach. The owner was very responsive when we had a couple things needing fixed. They responded right away and had a handy man onsite within a couple hours. We had a great trip and we would rent again if we travel to Panama City in the future!

The house was spacious and well furnished. Patrick was quick to respond to any inquiries. There were beach items available for use so we didn’t have to bring a lot with us! The beach/ocean had large stumps out in front of the house due to hurricane erosion, but they are working on restoring it. We just swam in front of the house next door so it wasn’t an issue. Very happy with our stay!

Perfect for large groups! We took 8 teen boys to PCB for spring break and this place was PERFECT for our needs. The location was ideal-one block from the beach, the backyard pool was a nice amenity, and the house had a ton of sleeping/lounging space. We will try to book this place first anytime we visit PCB with a group.

This was a group stay of five couples, the house was spacious enough we never felt on top of each other. Private baths for all rooms, great beds. Loved the decks and access to beach outside the door!! Owner very communicative and checked on our arrival had a water leak and very fast connection on it . We would book again in a heart beat!!
